Zusammenfassung:The method of emptying a bag-in-box having big capacity is characterised in that while emptying the bag-in-box (3) the bottom of the filled bag-in-box (3) is additionally pressed towards its outlet valve (5) and the fluid substance flow down the inclined trough shaped convergently to the bag-in-box (3) outlet valve axis is thereby caused. The device for emptying a bag-in-box having big capacity is characterised in that said device is formed by a flexible tight cushion (1) having, upon filling with gas, preferably with air, the shape of an inclined trough directed convergently to the bag- in-box (3) outlet valve (5) axis, said cushion (1) having at least two baffle plates (4) of the shape of trapezoid whose sides have different lengths, and said baffle plates (4) being attached inside the cushion (1) to both its walls and convergent to the cushion axis running through the bag-in-box (3) outlet valve (5) axis, and being connected with the cushion (1) walls in such manner that free air flow exists around them, and the upper and lower cushion (1) walls being tightly connected on their edge adjoining to the bag-in-box (3) outlet valve (5), and the line of the connection (6) has the shape of an isosceles trapezoid, whose axis that is perpendicular to the longer base coincides with the cushion axis, with an additional baffle plate (7) being tightly attached on the line of the top base of the trapezoid forming said connection (6), between the upper and lower cushion (1) wall.
