Cette invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une paire de trans-diastéréomères d'un composé de formule (I), ledit procédé comprenant l'étape consistant à faire réagir le composé de formule (VI) avec un acide ou un sel carboxylate de celui-ci de formule (X), M étant un atome d'hydrogène ou un équivalent de cation métallique, en présence d'un sel métallique dans un solvant ; et l'utilisation dudit composé (X) pour préparer le voriconazole. |
