And, methods and related detection solutions for detecting the presence of cold end coatings on a substrate such as a glass bottle are disclosed. Additionally, particular additives and primers are described that can be applied onto cold end coatings for improving adhesion thereto. La présente invention concerne divers agents destinés à améliorer l'adhésion de traitements à froid sur des surfaces de verre. L'invention concerne également des agents destinés à améliorer la liaison entre les traitements à froid et les encres organiques. De plus, l'invention concerne des procédés et des solutions de détection apparentées destinés à détecter la présence de traitements de surface à froid sur un substrat tel qu'une bouteille en verre.
