Zusammenfassung:	A method of producing a biofuel for Diesel engines as a fuel as such, or an additive for a petrochemical fuel oil, which consists of reacting a plant and/or animal lipid with a stoichiometric excess of a low molecular mass alkyl ester of a C1-C7 carboxylic acid with a C1-C6 alcohol, as well as in the presence of an appropriate alkyl alcohol and toluenylsulphonic as an acidic catalyst, and the subsequent separation of the precipitated acid fraction containing alcohol and glycerol from the lipid fraction containing fatty acid esters, which is then purified into the final product. L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un biocarburant pour moteurs diesels comme carburant en tant que tel, ou un additif pour un carburant pétrochimique, le procédé consistant à faire réagir un lipide d'origine végétale et/ou animale avec un excès stoechiométrique d'ester alkylique de faible masse moléculaire d'un acide carboxylique C1-C7 avec un alcool C1-C6, et en présence d'un alcool alkylique approprié et d'acide toluénylsulphonique en tant que catalyseur acide, et à séparer la fraction acide précipitée contenant de l'alcool et du glycérol à partir de la fraction lipidique contenant des esters d'acides gras, laquelle est ensuite purifiée pour obtenir le produit final.
