Zusammenfassung:	A wheel inner tube (10) includes a body (101) and an inflation valve (102). The body (101) has a shape of an elongated hollow tube, and has a first side end (104) and a second side end (105). When the wheel inner tube (10) is mounted, both side ends (104,105) of the inner tube body (101) are freely superimposed on a part of the body (101) after passing through each other, so as to form a size-adjustable circular ring adapted to wheels of different diameters. By use of the wheel inner tube and the mounting method thereof according to the present invention, it is unnecessary for users to prepare inner tubes with various sizes, and to disassemble and assemble a wheel and an axle when the inner tube is replaced, thus saving a lot of cost and time for replacing the inner tube.
