The method comprises the step of: evaluating the potential interaction between the ligand and the receptor based on a predictive model trained using a database. The database describes the affinity with the receptor of a source ligand, and a plurality of additional ligands derived from the source ligand. L'invention porte sur un procédé d'évaluation d'une interaction potentielle entre un ligand et un récepteur. Le procédé consiste à : évaluer l'interaction potentielle entre le ligand et le récepteur sur la base d'un modèle prédictif appris à l'aide d'une base de données. La base de données décrit l'affinité au récepteur d'un ligand source, et d'une pluralité de ligands supplémentaires dérivés du ligand source.
