L'invention concerne un navire permettant de transporter une pluralité de structures allongées, telles que des turbines éoliennes, dans une position verticale, le navire comportant un dispositif permettant d'ajuster la stabilité et l'inertie massique du navire pour influencer la propre période d'oscillation du navire, le navire étant muni d'un cadre de fixation en mer qui s'étend le long de la structure allongée à des fins de raccordement de la structure allongée et du navire à un niveau élevé.
