La présente invention concerne un nouveau procédé de préparation de dexlansoprazole amorphe à partir d'un solvate de dexlansoprazole. La présente invention concerne également de nouveaux procédés de préparation des formes polymorphes IV, VI et des formes amorphes, anhydres et semi-hydratées du dexlansoprazole.
