BREAD MAKER WITH STEAMING FUNCTION

Disclosed is a bread maker with a steaming function for making bread such as white bread or steamed bread, wherein not only the inside but also the crust of the bread has a soft texture. The bread maker with a steaming function comprises: a mixing vessel for receiving the ingredients, and a steam-cooking vessel which is smaller in size than the mixing vessel and can receive the ingredients which have been mixed inside the mixing vessel. The bread maker is designed in such a way that when the steam-cooking vessel is supported above the bottom surface of the mixing vessel, a gap for the passage of steam is formed around the whole periphery between the side wall of the steam-cooking vessel and the side wall of the mixing vessel. La machine à pain est ainsi conçue que, quand le récipient de cuisson à la vapeur est suspendu au-dessus du fond de la cuve de mélange, il subsiste un espace pour le passage de la vapeur sur toute la périphérie entre la paroi latérale du récipient de cuisson à la vapeur et la paroi latérale de la cuve de mélange.
