MULTIPLE-LAYER FLAT STRUCTURE IN THE FORM OF A PRINTING BLANKET OR A PRINTING PLATE FOR FLEXOGRAPHIC AND LETTERPRESS PRINTING WITH LASER ENGRAVING

Die Erfindung betrifft ein mehrschichtiges Flächengebilde (1) in Form eines Drucktuches oder einer Druckplatte für den Flexo- und Hochdruck mit: einer Druckschicht (2) aus einem polymeren Werkstoff, die mit einer Lasergravur versehen ist; wenigstens einer kompressiblen Schicht (3) sowie wenigstens einer Festigkeitsträgerschicht (4); wobei die einzelnen Schichten untereinander einen Haftverbund bilden. Das erfindungsgemäße mehrschichtige Flächengebilde (1) zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass der polymere Werkstoff der Druckschicht (2) ein Vulkanisat ist. Diesbezüglich werden vorteilhafte Werkstoffe vorgestellt. Zweckmäßigerweise liegt die Druckschicht (2) direkt auf einer kompressiblen Schicht (3) auf. Die kompressible Schicht (3) steht wiederum in direktem Kontakt zu einer Festigkeitsträgerschicht (4). Le produit plat multicouche (1) selon l'invention est caractérisé en ce que le matériau polymère de la couche d'impression (2) est un produit vulcanisé. Des matériaux avantageux sont proposés à cet égard. De manière avantageuse, la couche d'impression (2) est située directement sur une couche compressible (3), la couche compressible (3) étant elle-même en contact direct avec une couche de renfort (4).
