Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a composition and pharmaceutical formulation comprising a mixture of an effective amount of powders or granulates of a compound derived from leucine and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable excipient used as the carrier. In particular, the main feature of the formulation and composition that form the subject matter of the present invention is that they are devoid of stabilisers and can be included in any conventional pharmaceutical formulation for oral administration. La présente invention concerne une composition et une formulation pharmaceutique comprenant un mélange d'une quantité efficace de poudres ou de granules d'un composé dérivé de leucine et au moins un excipient pharmaceutiquement acceptable utilisé comme support. Plus particulièrement, la principale caractéristique de la formulation et de la composition de la présente invention réside dans le fait que ces dernières sont exemptes d'agents stabilisateurs et peuvent être préparées en une quelconque formulation pharmaceutique orale classique. A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição e a uma formulação farmacêutica que compreende a mistura de uma quantidade efetiva de pós ou grânulos de um composto derivado de leucina e pelo menos uma substância excipiente farmaceuticamente aceitável utilizada como carreador. Particularmente a principal característica da formulação e composição ora objetos da presente invenção consiste no fato das mesmas serem livres de agentes estabilizantes e poderem ser formuladas em qualquer formulação farmacêutica oral convencional.
