La présente invention concerne des compositions détergentes fluides comprenant d'environ 0,01 % à environ 1 % en poids d'un agent structurant externe comprenant des dérivés de l'acétal dibenzylidène-sorbitol destinés à apporter des avantages rhéologiques souhaités tels qu'un épaississement du produit, un effet de fluidification par cisaillement, ainsi que des effets sur la suspension des particules.
