Zusammenfassung:	An alkaline substance-containing porous film (2OA, 20B) is installed on an inner wall surface (6A, 7A) of a space (8, 9) which is within an internal combustion engine and in which at least one of oil, oil mist, and blowby gas exists. Since the film is porous, the alkaline substance and acidic substances can be caused to contact each other, and can be reacted. Thus, the contact area can be increased, so that the neutralization reaction can be enhanced. Besides, since the film is installed as a separate component part, the masking as required in the material-applying or spreading process is not necessary, and thus manufacturing cost can be reduced. L'invention concerne un film poreux (2OA, 20B) contenant une substance alcaline et installé sur une surface (6A, 7A) de paroi intérieure d'un espace (8, 9) situé à l'intérieur d'un moteur à combustion interne et contenant de l'huile, un brouillard d'huile et / ou des gaz de soufflage. Comme le film est poreux, il est possible d'amener la substance alcaline et des substances acides au contact les unes des autres et de les faire réagir. La superficie du contact peut ainsi être augmentée de telle sorte que la réaction de neutralisation puisse être renforcée. Par ailleurs, comme le film est installé en tant que pièce constitutive distincte, le masquage requis lors d'un processus d'application ou d'étalement de matière n'est pas nécessaire, ce qui permet de réduire le coût de fabrication.
