On décrit un dispositif de protection ESD pour plot de signaux couplé avec un plot de signaux entrée/sortie et un dispositif de protection ESD pour alimentation couplé avec une tension VDD source. Ces deux dispositifs sont intégrés dans une structure de protection ESD unique.
