The measure serves to measure the length of a distance in centimetres and in inches, as a protractor, compass, set square and for tracing by means of the laser beam. L'invention concerne la règle roulante et rotative qui donne les valeurs mesurées des angles de 1° à 360° en temps réel à l'aide de code binaire logique. Le code binaire est alimenté électriquement par une cellule photovoltaïque. La règle sert à mesurer la longueur d'une distance, en cm et en inch, de rapporteur, de compas, d' équerre et de traçage à l'aide de rayon Laser.
