La présente invention porte sur de nouveaux dérivés de pyrrolorifamycine condensée à 3,4-(3'-aminométhyle substitué), sur des compositions pharmaceutiques les contenant, et sur l'utilisation desdits dérivés et desdites compositions pharmaceutiques en tant qu'agents antimicrobiens contre les microorganismes pathogènes, en particulier contre les microbes résistants.
