Zusammenfassung:	Lubricating composition comprising: (i) one or more additives; (ii) at least 5 % by weight of a Fischer-Tropsch derived heavy base oil having a kinematic viscosity at 100°C in the range of from 15 mm2/s to 30 mm2/s; wherein the lubricating composition has a TBN of at least 10 and a kinematic viscosity at 100°C of at least 12 mm2/s. The lubricating composition provides excellent oxidative stability and is useful for lubricating 4-stroke marine engines. L'invention concerne une composition lubrifiante comprenant : (i)un ou plusieurs additifs; (ii) au moins 5% en poids d'une huile de base lourde dérivée par un procédé de Fischer-Tropsch ayant une viscosité cinématique à 100°C comprise entre 15 mm2/s et 30 mm2/s; la composition lubrifiante a un indice de base (TBN) d'au moins 10 et une viscosité cinématique à 100°C d'au moins 12 mm2/s. La composition lubrifiante offre une excellente résistance à l'oxydation et on l'utilise pour lubrifier les moteurs marins à quatre temps.
