Zusammenfassung:	A preparation method of venlafaxine sustained-release formulation is disclosed. It comprises the steps of dispersing venlafaxine and binder into isopropanol to form a suspension, spraying the suspension onto the sugar spheres to form the drug pellets, making aqueous suspension of talc and well mixing it with a polyacrylic resin water-dispersion, and then, spraying the talc-polyacrylic resin suspension onto the drug pellets to form said micropellet formulation with a slow-release coating. La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une formulation de venlafaxine à libération prolongée. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à disperser la venlafaxine et le liant dans de l'isopropanol afin d'obtenir une suspension; à pulvériser la suspension sur les billes de sucre pour former les pastilles de médicament; à former une suspension aqueuse à base de talc et à bien la mélanger avec une dispersion aqueuse de résine polyacrylique; puis à pulvériser la suspension de résine polyacrylique et de talc su
