Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a bathtub with a soft gel cushion and a manufacturing method thereof. The risk of slipping in the bathtub is reduced because the bathtub is soft and has a gel cushion. The bathtub keeps water in the bathtub warm excellently, produces minimal noise, and maintains high cleanliness. In addition, the bathtub is waterproof by the self-restoration of intermediate fillers in order to prevent water from leaking even when the surface of the bathtub is broken or damaged. Furthermore, the bathtub uses a triple waterproof structure containing a coating layer, a gel cushion layer, and a reinforcing material, to promote safety, heat insulation, durability, convenience, cleanness, usability, and simplicity. The configuration of the present invention comprises a first step (S1) for preparing a mold (2) of a bathtub shape; a second step (S2) for forming a skin layer (3) on the surface of the mold (2); a third step (S3) for molding a front mold (100) by forming a tensional layer (4) on the surface of the skin layer (3); a forth step (S4) for preparing a rear reinforcement cap (200) which covers the outside of the front mold (100); a fifth step (S5) for putting the rear reinforcement cap (200) on the outside of the front mold (100) and connecting the rear reinforcement cap (200) and front mold (100); a sixth step (S6) for forming a gel layer (9) by filling the gap between the front mold (100) and rear reinforcement cap (200); and a seventh step (S7) for primary natural hardening, releasing the mold (2), secondary thermal hardening, and finishing.
