Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a method of genetic mapping of a tenera selfed palm in order to find a marker linked to the shell gene. The said method utilizes both co - dominant RFLP and SSR, SNP and dominant AFLP markers. Accordingly, a dense genetic map sufficient for establishing linkage relationships between the mapped markers and the traits of interest (shell gene) is achieved. L'invention concerne une méthode de cartographie génétique d'un palmier tenera S permettant de trouver un marqueur lié au gène coquille. La méthode utilise à la fois les marqueurs co-dominants RFLP et SSR et les marqueurs dominants SNP et AFLP. On obtient ainsi une carte génétique dense, suffisante pour établir les relations de liaison entre les marqueurs cartographiés et les caractéristiques d'intérêt (gène coquille).
