Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a novel process for the purification of growth hormone polypeptides, e.g. recombinant human Growth Hormone. The process utilizes an affinity resin comprising a solid phase material having immobilized thereto one or more low-molecular weight synthetic ligands. The affinity resins enable the separation of Growth Hormone from closely related proteins. La présente invention concerne un nouveau procédé pour l'épuration de polypeptides d'hormones de croissance, par exemple l'hormone de croissance humaine. Le procédé utilise une résine comportant un matériau de phase solide comprenant un ou des ligands de faible poids moléculaire qui y est immobilisé. Les résines d'affinité permettent la séparation de l'hormone de croissance de protéines intimement associées.
