IMAGING DEVICE AND METHOD

The invention relates to the field of imaging an object, and, more specifically, to a method of imaging an object and to an imaging device comprising an imaging surface (14). A replaceable first foil section (18a) is arranged at an exposed position in front of the imaging surface (14), covering the imaging surface. Further foil sections (18) of a supply of foil sections are arranged to automatically get into an exposed position in front of the imaging surface (14) on removing a respective previous foil section (18a) from its exposed position in front of the imaging surface (14).
