DEVICE FOR CONTINUOUS PRODUCTION BY EXTRUSION COOKING OF A FOOD PRODUCT CONTAINING WHOLE SOLID PIECES AND EXTRUSION MACHINE PROVIDED WITH SUCH A DEVICE

The invention relates to a device for continuous production by extrusion cooking of a co-extruded food product, containing whole solid pieces of the type comprising an extrusion die (20) provided with a contact face on the end of the outlet of a cylinder (11) of an extrusion machine (10) having at least one process screw (13) for at least one first material and driven in rotation within said cylinder. Said extrusion die (20) is provided with a bore (23) for forming a continuous tubular string of food material in a direction forming an angle to the axis of the extrusion machine(10). Directly at the outlet of the extrusion die (20) and in the axis of the bore (23) for forming the continuous string the device comprises means (30) for directly incorporating at regular intervals said whole solid pieces (2) into the continuous string of food material without altering the initial dimensions thereof. L'invention concerne un dispositif de fabrication en continu par cuisson- extrusion d'un produit alimentaire coextrudé contenant des morceaux entiers et solides, du type comprenant une filière d'extrusion (20) munie d'une face d'appui sur l'extrémité de sortie d'un fourreau (11) d'une machine d'extrusion (10) comportant au moins une vis de traitement (13) d'au moins une matière première et entraînée en rotation à l'intérieur dudit fourreau. Ladite filière d'extrusion (20) est pourvue d'un alésage (23) de formation d'un cordon continu tubulaire du produit alimentaire selon une direction faisant un angle avec l'axe de la machine d'extrusion (10). Le dispositif comprend directement à la sortie de la filière (20) et dans l'axe de l'alésage (23) de formation du cordon continu, des moyens (30) d'incorporation directement et à intervalles réguliers desdits morceaux (2) entiers et solides sans modification de leurs dimensions initiales dans le cordon continu de produit alimentaire.
