Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a method for moving a fluid that is simple, small, economical in terms of energy, silent, and flexible. To this end, the invention relates to a device for moving a fluid that comprises a substrate (10) and at least one wing (20) with an airfoil (25) and a leading edge notch (21) having one end extending in the form of an actuation arm (30) pivotally mounted (12) on the substrate (10), wherein the device further includes at least one main actuator (40) arranged so as to control the wing flutter in a predetermined direction (F1). L'invention propose un dispositif de mise en mouvement d'un fluide, simple, petit, économe en énergie, silencieux et agile. A cette fin, l'invention a pour objet un dispositif de mise en mouvement d'un fluide comprenant un support (10) et au moins une aile (20) comprenant une voilure (25) et une rainure de bord d'attaque (21) dont une extrémité est prolongée par un bras d'actionnement (30) monté en pivot (12) sur le support (10), le dispositif comprenant, en outre, au moins un actionneur principal (40) agencé pour commander le battement de l'aile selon une direction déterminée (F1).
