La présente invention concerne un polyribonucléotide comprenant un trans-ribozyme à tête de marteau dirigé contre un ARN mitochondrial de plante et une structure en forme d'ARNt aminoacylable par la valine, et son utilisation chez les plantes, pour induire, notamment, une stérilité mâle cytoplasmique.
