According to the invention, this is obtained with a device which contains at least one oblong supporting structure and three or more independently movable resistance elements. L'invention a pour objet un dispositif permettant d'utiliser la composante horizontale de mouvements de vagues dans lequel il n'y pas de proportionnalité entre la puissance installée et les coûts initiaux du dispositif.
