Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a piezo insert for implant surgery. More specifically, the present invention solves problems such as: a phenomenon that a maxillary sinus membrane is perforated or a phenomenon that the maxillary sinus membrane is not easily separated due to being closely attached to the bottom of the lower maxillary sinus, and a phenomenon that the membrane is perforated by vertically upward force applied to a septum which anatomically exists inside the maxillary sinus, overwhelming membrane tension. Also, the piezo insert can easily fill bone grafting materials later since it can easily form a vertical hole in a residual bone of the maxillary sinus or enlarge the formed hole. As a result, the success rate of implant surgery can be enhanced further than a conventional invention. In addition, the piezo insert restricts excessive insertion depth of an insert tip which is cut and inserted into the side of an alveolar bone by arranging a stopper, preventing excessive and accidental force to the maxillary sinus membrane. The piezo insert enables completely safe surgery by using stoppers with various lengths. For the purpose, the present invention is characterized by comprising: an insert pole with a water supply path therein for providing water to lift the maxillary sinus membrane; and the insert tip comprising plural water spray holes and plural connection paths. The plural water spray holes are provided at the end of the insert pole and formed along the circumference of the insert pole. The plural connection paths connect the plural water spray holes and water supply path.
