Zusammenfassung:	Novel derivatives of enfumafungin are disclosed herein, along with their pharmaceutically acceptable salts, hydrates and prodrugs. Also disclosed are compositions comprising such compounds, methods of preparing such compounds and methods of using such compounds as antifungal agents and/or inhibitors of (l,3)-ß-D-glucan synthase. The disclosed compounds, their pharmaceutically acceptable salts, hydrates and prodrugs,,as well as compositions comprising such compounds, salts, hydrates and prodrugs, are useful for treating and/or preventing fungal infections and associated diseases and conditions. La présente invention concerne des dérivés inédits de l'enfumafungine, ainsi que leurs sels, hydrates et promédicaments pharmaceutiquement acceptables. L'invention concerne également des compositions contenant lesdits composés, des procédés de préparation desdits composés et des procédés d'utilisation desdits composés en tant qu'agents antifongiques et/ou qu'inhibiteurs de la (1,3)-ß-D-glucan synthase. Les composés décrits, leurs sels, hydrates et promédicaments pharmaceutiquement acceptables, ainsi que les compositions comprenant lesdits composés, sels, hydrates et promédicaments se révèlent utiles dans le cadre du traitement et/ou de la prévention des infections fongiques et des maladies et affections associées.
