Zusammenfassung:	A lining device for storage vessel includes a rectangular sealed bag body (1) that is made of flexible material. The bag body has at least one layer of bag wall, and at least one valve (2) is provided on the middle of a frontal surface of the bag body. At least one drawing belt (3) is arranged on a rear surface of the bag body along the horizontal and vertical direction, and free ends of the drawing belt extend outside from an edge of the bag body. The lining device can be installed in the storage vessel, and the liquid goods is inputted and outputted from the valve. After unloading, the old lining device is taken out from the opening of the vessel. Once replacing a new lining device, the goods can be loaded again.
