The technical range of this system stands in the present electromagnetic spectre and has an utilization in all mechanisms that make use of mechanical energy. L'invention concerne un système rotatif permettant de produire une puissance mécanique avec une consommation de faible puissance et de haute performance, constante dans un arbre de transmission (10) supporté sur un roulement à billes (13), un disque mobile (7), avec une bobine magnéto-capacitive (6), une colonne fixe (4) équipée de bobines magnéto-capacitives (5) avec des contacts en graphite (8), tout étant contrôlé par un système de variation de polarisation. La portée technique de ce système repose sur le spectre électromagnétique présent et trouve une utilisation dans tous les mécanismes qui utilisent de l'énergie mécanique.
