Zusammenfassung:	Provided is an acrylic-acid-based pigment dispersing agent having improved dispersion properties with pigments of small particle size and with which the generation of heat on wet pulverization is suppressed. Said dispersing agent comprises (meth)acrylic-acid-based copolymer, having as essential components (meth)acrylic acid monomer and (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester monomer with alkyl groups having 4 to 8 carbon atoms, and alcohol having 4 to 8 carbon atoms. The proportion by mass of the alcohol having 4 to 8 carbon atoms with respect to the (meth)acrylic-acid-based copolymer is from 1,000 to 30,000 ppm. L'invention porte sur un agent dispersant de pigment à base d'acide acrylique ayant des propriétés de dispersion améliorées avec les pigments de petite dimension de particule et avec lequel le dégagement de chaleur lors de la pulvérisation en voie humide est supprimé. Ledit agent dispersant comprend un copolymère à base d'acide (méth)acrylique, ayant comme composants essentiels un monomère acide (méth)acrylique et un monomère ester alkylique d'acide (méth)acrylique avec des groupes alkyles ayant 4 à 8 atomes de carbone, et un alcool ayant 4 à 8 atomes de carbone. La proportion en masse de l'alcool ayant 4 à 8 atomes de carbone par rapport au copolymère à base d'acide (méth)acrylique est de 1 000 à 30 000 ppm.
