| Zusammenfassung: | A new solution for providing the position relative information of the user terminal in the call waiting queue to the user terminal, which is in the call waiting queue, is provided, in which, the user terminal generates and transmits a queue position information request message to a queue information service device, after receiving the queue position information request message from the user terminal, the queue information service device obtains the position relative information of the user terminal in the call waiting queue for the user terminal and feeds back it to the user terminal, then the user terminal informs the user who uses the user terminal of the obtained position relative information of the user terminal in the call waiting queue. The user terminal will not wait for the position relative information of the user terminal any more passively by using the solution provided by the present invention, and can request for obtaining forwardly at any moment.
