DRY TRANSGLUTAMINASE COMPOSITION

The present invention relates to a dry transglutaminase composition, said composition is obtainable by lyophilizing or spray-drying an aqueous composition comprising a transglutaminase, a salt and at least one further component selected from the group consisting of a sugar, an amino acid, and a buffer, wherein the concentration of the salt in the aqueous composition is in the range from 5 to 100 mM. In further aspects, the present invention relates to a method of preparing said dry transglutaminase composition, a reconstituted solution, a pharmaceutical composition, and method of treatments. La présente invention concerne une composition de transglutaminase sèche. Ladite composition peut être obtenue en lyophilisant ou en séchant par pulvérisation une composition aqueuse qui comprend une transglutaminase, un sel et au moins un autre composant choisi dans le groupe constitué d'un sucre, d'un acide aminé et d'un tampon, la concentration du sel dans la composition aqueuse étant dans la plage allant de 5 à 100 mM. Selon d'autres aspects, la présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation de ladite composition de transglutaminase sèche, une solution reconstituée, une composition pharmaceutique et un procédé de traitement.
