Zusammenfassung:	An apparatus to improve localized concentration of fluids in ocular environments is provided. The apparatus includes an upper portion having a receiving area configured to receive fluid, and a fluid passageway configured to receive the fluid from the receiving area. In addition, the apparatus includes a lower portion. The lower portion includes a delivery region configured to form a seal with an ocular region and receive the fluid passing from the fluid passageway and maintain the fluid within a circumference defined by an edge of the delivery region. The apparatus further includes a connection member to sealingly and detachably engage the upper portion with the lower portion. L'invention concerne un dispositif améliorant la concentration localisée de fluides en milieu oculaire, qui comprend une partie supérieure à zone de réception de fluide, et passage de fluide recevant un fluide depuis ladite zone, une partie inférieure à zone de distribution formant joint avec une zone oculaire et recevant le fluide qui provient du passage de fluide et maintenant en outre le fluide dans la circonférence définie par une bordure de la zone de distribution, et enfin un élément de liaison jointive libérable entre les parties supérieure et inférieure.
