A frame that may be configured to be manipulated between a flattened storage configuration and an erected disposal configuration is also disclosed. L'invention porte sur un système de support pour sacs d'élimination. Le système inclut une structure tubulaire et une pluralité de sacs, lesdits sacs étant couplés à la structure. La structure est conçue pour maintenir un sac en position ouverte, position permettant au sac de recevoir des déchets. L'invention concerne également une structure pouvant être configurée de manière à passer d'une configuration aplatie permettant le stockage à une configuration dressée permettant l'élimination.
