Also provided are methods of enhancing an immune response against Apicomplexan parasites and methods of reducing morbidity associated with infection with Apicomplexan parasites. L'invention concerne des vaccins comportant des polypeptides TRAP et des vecteurs de Salmonella enteritidis comportant de polypeptides TRAP. Les vaccins peuvent également comprendre un polypeptide CD 154 capable de se lier au CD4Q. Il est également proposé des procédés d'amplification d'une réponse immunitaire à des parasites d'apicomplexes et des procédés de réduction de la morbidité associée à l'infection par des parasites d'apicomplexes.
