Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a method of detecting a drug-resistant strain of hepatitis B virus, including amplifying a hepatitis B virus nucleic acid in a sample solution by LAMP with a primer set to yield an amplification product, and hybridizing the amplification product with a probe containing a polynucleotide derived from a drug-resistant strain and/or a probe containing a polynucleotide derived from a drug-nonresistant strain, to detect a drug-resistant strain of hepatitis B virus. L'invention concerne une méthode de détection d'une souche de virus de l'hépatite B résistante aux médicaments, consistant à amplifier un acide nucléique du virus de l'hépatite B dans une solution de dosage par une méthode LAMP avec un ensemble d'amorces pour obtenir un produit d'amplification, et à hybrider le produit d'amplification avec une amorce contenant un polynucléotide issu d'une souche résistante aux médicaments et/ou avec une amorce contenant un polynucléotide issu d'une souche non résistante aux médicaments, pour détecter une souche de virus de l'hépatite B résistante aux médicaments.
