The core comprises mainly TiN, wherein the shell comprises mainly TiO2. The shell has a thickness of more than 5 nm and of less than 200 nm. The core size is preferably larger than 10 nm and is preferably smaller than 100 um. La présente invention concerne des particules comprenant un coer et une enveloppe, et un procédé de production desdites particules. Le coer comprend principalement du TiN, l'enveloppe comprenant principalement du TiO2. L'enveloppe a une épaisseur supérieure à 5 nm et inférieure à 200 nm. La taille du coer est de préférence supérieure à 10 nm et de préférence inférieure à 100 µm.
