The cell scaffold comprises a surface layer of thermo-responsive polymer. L'invention concerne un appareil de prolifération cellulaire destiné à la culture automatisée de cellules. Cet appareil comprend un bioréacteur comprenant en son sein un support de cellules tridimensionnel (3D) sensible aux stimuli, ledit support pouvant fonctionner de manière réversible pour modifier ses propriétés de surface entre des états hydrophiles et hydrophobes.
