METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAFETY (VARIANTS) AND SAID SAFETY PAPER (VARIANTS)

The invention relates to methods for producing safety paper which is used for producing fraud-proof printing products. In the first variant, the inventive method for producing safety paper consists in forming a paper web with a protective strip of 2 mm in width which is incorporated into said web during the formation thereof on a wire cylinder mould, wherein the protective strip is incorporated into a pulp in such a way that, prior to a contact thereof with the cylinder, a fiber layer is formed, except for the areas on the cylinder surface, where the layer is not formed for lack of filtering capacity. The protective strip is positioned on the cylinder in such a way that a part of the surface thereof is merged with the cylinder elements and free access areas in the form of widows are formed on a paper wire side. The areas devoid of filtering property are formed on the cylinder surface by covering the wire with a filigree paper or by moulding a waterproof material thereon or by perforating through holes in the wire. On the side opposite to the wire side, the protective strip is totally or in part opened and, where the windows coincide on the wire side and the protective strip totally or in part exits, through windows are formed on the opposite side of the paper. In the second, third and fourth variants, the inventive method for producing safety paper consists in forming a paper web with a protective strip with a width larger than 2 mm in such a way that the protective strip exits on the two sides of the paper web and a through window effect is obtained.
