Zusammenfassung:	The inventive ship's crew training set, mainly for servicing ship systems, comprises at least one trainee's working station (1) in the form of a ship system post simulator, an instructor working station (2), a data exchange system, a software environment, wherein the trainee's work station (1) comprises the standard operating device (4) of the ship system, a standard device for interacting with general ship systems (5), the standard device of an electric power distribution system (6), a standard panel for controlling an operating device (7) and an additional set of modules with defects of the operating elements of the ship system.
