Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a process of isolation, proliferation and/or maintenance of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs). The invention further provides a culture medium for proliferation and/or maintenance of human mesenchymal stem cells in xeno-free conditions. The culture medium provided in the present invention proliferates and/or maintains mesenchymal stem cell expansion while maintaining a multipotent phenotype. La présente invention concerne un procédé d'isolation, de prolifération et/ou de maintien de cellules souches mésenchymales (MSC). L'invention concerne également un milieu de culture pour la prolifération et/ou le maintien de cellules souches mésenchymales humaines dans des conditions exemptes de xéno-contaminants. Le milieu de culture selon la présente invention assure la prolifération et/ou le maintien de l'expansion cellules souches mésenchymales tout en maintenant un phénotype pluripotent.
