L'invention concerne un dispositif de traitement des fluides, le dispositif comprenant un corps extrudé ayant de multiples cellules allongées dans celui-ci, le corps ayant un premier passage de fluide à travers celui-ci défini principalement dans au moins certaines desdites cellules, le premier passage de fluide ayant un trajet en serpentin longitudinalement en va-et-vient le long d'au moins certaines desdites cellules.
