Zusammenfassung:	Anti CMV antibodies are provided. Thus an antibody of the present invention comprises an antigen recognition domain capable of binding an MHC molecule being complexed with a cytomegalovirus (CMV) pp65 or pp64 peptide, wherein the antibody does not bind said MHC molecule in an absence of said complexed peptide, and wherein the antibody does not bind said peptide in an absence of said MHC molecule. Also provided are methods of using the antibodies. La présente invention concerne des anticorps anti CMV. Ainsi, un anticorps de la présente invention comprend un domaine de reconnaissance d'antigène capable de se lier à une molécule de CMH formant un complexe avec un peptide pp65 ou pp64 de cytomégalovirus (CMV). Ledit anticorps ne se lie pas à ladite molécule CMH en l'absence dudit peptide formant le complexe, et l'anticorps ne se lie pas audit peptide en l'absence de ladite molécule CMH. L'invention concerne également des procédés d'utilisation de ces anticorps.
