L'invention porte sur une composition topique comprenant une phase continue et au moins une phase discontinue. Cette composition comprend au moins une dispersion de polyaphron et au moins un corticostéroïde et ladite phase continue comprend de 0 à 60 % en poids d'un alcool en C1-C4, de l'éthylène glycol, un polyéthylène glycol liquide, du propylène glycol, un polypropylène glycol liquide, de l'éther monoéthylique du diéthylène glycol ou des mélanges de ceux-ci.
