Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the linear fibrous formation (5) comprising the polymer nanofibres (52) which create the coating (521) on surface of the core (511) formed by the supporting linear fibrous formation (51), while at least some of them are caught among fibres of the surface section of this core (511). Method of production of linear fibrous formation (5) comprising polymer nanofibres (52) consists in that, through the spinning space (4) there is guided the supporting linear fibrous formation (51), on which is outside the spinning space (4) a false-twist imparted, so that the supporting linear fibrous formation (51) rotates in the spinning space (4)around its longitudinal axis, and on its surface the polymer nanofibres (52) are deposited, while at least some of them are being caught among the fibers of the supporting linear fibrous formation (51) due to forming and/or elimination of a false-twist and so they create the nanofibrous coating (521) on the core (511) formed by the supporting linear fibrous formation (51), which is with the core (511) connected by means of the nanofibres (52) caught among fibres of the supporting linear fibrous formation (51).
L'invention concerne une formation fibreuse linéaire (5) comprenant des nanofibres de polymère (52) qui forment un revêtement (521) sur la surface d'un noyau (511) obtenu par la formation fibreuse linéaire de support (51), au moins certaines de ces nanofibres étant emprisonnées parmi les fibres de la section de surface de ce noyau (511). Le procédé de production de la formation fibreuse linéaire (5) comprenant les nanofibres de polymère (52) consiste, à travers l'espace de filage (4), à guider la formation fibreuse linéaire de support (51), sur laquelle, de l'extérieur de l'espace de filage (4), une fausse torsion est exercée, de telle sorte que la formation fibreuse linéaire de support (51) tourne dans l'espace de filage (4) autour de son axe longitudinal, et à déposer, sur sa surface, des nanofibres polymères (52), au moins certaines d'entre elles étant emprisonnées parmi les fibres de la formation fibreuse linéaire de support (51) en raison de la formation et/ou de l'élimination de la fausse torsion. On crée ainsi le revêtement nanofibreux (521) sur le noyau (511) obtenu par la formation fibreuse linéaire de support (51), qui est raccordée au noyau (511) par l'intermédiaire des nanofibres (52) emprisonnées parmi les fibres de la formation fibreuse linéaire de support (51). |
