TRANSPORT AND STORAGE TEMPERATURE OF TEMPERATURE - SENSITIVE PRODUCTS

The present invention relates to a method and device to monitor and register the transport and storage temperature of temperature-sensitive products (2). The developed method allows tem¬ perature measurement on the product's surface (2) through the room temperature which is acquired by a sensor (3) being recorded at the control device (5). This device has a processing unit that implements the referred method and communicates to the outside the temperature that was calculated on the surface of the product (2). The technical problem solved by the present invention consists of using the temperature on the surface of the product instead of using room temperature to determine the quality of the product, as other devices do. The product (2) must be in a controlled- temperature environment, inside a thermo container (1) capable to maintain a programmed room temperature. The room temperature suffers variations due to door openings (4) in order to access the products, which are for example removed from the thermo container (1) along a journey of a distribution process. La présente invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif destinés à surveiller et à enregistrer la température de transport et de stockage de produits thermosensibles (2). Le procédé mis au point permet de mesurer la température à la surface du produit (2) par l'intermédiaire de la température ambiante mesurée par un capteur (3) enregistrée au niveau du dispositif de contrôle (5). Ce dispositif est doté d'une unité de traitement qui met en oeuvre le procédé de référence et communique à l'extérieur la température calculée à la surface du produit (2). La présente invention résout le problème technique ; elle permet, en effet, de déterminer la qualité du produit en utilisant la température à la surface du produit au lieu de la température ambiante, comme c'est le cas avec d'autres dispositifs. Le produit (2) doit se trouver dans un environnement thermocontrôlé, à l'intérieur d'un thermo-conteneur (1) capable de maintenir une température ambiante programmée. La température ambiante peut varier en raison de l'ouverture de portes (4) pour accéder aux produits, qui sont, par exemple, retirés du thermo-conteneur (1) au cours de la procédure de distribution.
