La présente invention concerne un chargeur pour des ultracondensateurs qui permet à plusieurs ultracondensateurs, pouvant être connectés dans plusieurs configurations différentes, d'être chargés à partir d'une très basse tension à leur tension nominale de façon très rapide sans altération des éléments accumulateurs. Le chargeur permet également la détection des éléments accumulateurs défectueux.
