L'invention concerne une émulsion qui comprend une phase discontinue organique distribuée dans une phase continue aqueuse, la phase organique comprenant a) un solvant organique et/ou b) une matière stabilisatrice de phase organique comprenant des fragments hydrophobes, ladite matière étant plus soluble dans la phase organique que dans la phase aqueuse, et l'émulsion comprenant en outre un parfum encapsulé dans des microparticules.
