Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to methods and systems for processing an exhaust stream containing a recyclable component mixed with other components and impurities to produce a high purity product that contains all of the recyclable component. One or more waste streams containing none of the recyclable component are also produced. The present invention particularly relates to the recovery of valuable recyclable components used in the manufacture of semiconductor devices. L'invention concerne des procédés et des systèmes qui permettent de traiter un flux d'échappement contenant un composant recyclable mélangé à d'autres composants et impuretés, afin d'obtenir un produit à haute pureté contenant la totalité du composant recyclable. On obtient également au moins un flux de déchets ne contenant rien du composant recyclable. L'invention permet, en particulier, la récupération de composants recyclables précieux utilisés dans la fabrication de dispositifs à semiconducteurs.
